I have the honor to inform you that I was a student in your school from 1999-2000 to 2003-2004. I have passed the Annual H.S.C. Examination this your in first division. I want to get admission to the +2 Science stream in B.J.B. College, Bhubaneswar. A conduct certificate is required for the admission.
