essay
The Indian Begger

(Introduction, Description, Daily life, Condition, Conclusion)
THE INDIAN BEGGAR, english essay Indian beggar, essay on indian beggerIndia is not so much developed like America or other countries. It is a poor country.  We see beggars everywhere in India. Though begging is a curse and most people dislike beggars, yet they beg. As if begging is their occupation. Generally beggars are seen at the stations, bus stands, before the gates of hotels, restaurants, roads, market places, near temples and fairs. Some call India a country of beggar's.
In remote past begging was a noble deed. Students were begging for their teachers. Buddhists were also begging. Now-a-days begging has become a profession. People pose themselves as handicapped and beg. Some beg on different pretexts. Members of many organizations beg for their development works. The lepers, blind, man and lame persons beg moving form door to door. Begging is now a great problem for the government.
The Indian beggar leads a very miserable life. He cannot get proper fooding and clothing. He wears a torn cloth. He begs from door to door. He does not go to the land lords, capitalists and big officers. He begs from the middle class people. He has no permanent shelter. He sleeps on the foot path, railway platforms, under the cabins. He takes only a poor meal. Sometimes he bears the burden of starvation. Now beggars have formed their own associations. They marked begging zones.
The government should make arrangements to rehabilitate the beggars. Begging should be stopped by a special law. The beggars should be literate and they should be given chance to do some work for the country.
